The referral service

I'm Chris Lourenco, and I run Bathroom Renovations Sydney through Loudachris Digital Marketing in Adelaide.

I publish planning information and pass homeowner enquiries to local renovation businesses.

The homeowner referral service is free, and a business receiving a referral may pay a fee.

Available renovators, response times and the number of quotes depend on the project and local availability.

Provide accurate contact details and project information that you're authorised to share.

By submitting an enquiry, you permit me to review it and share the relevant details with a local business so it can contact you about the project.

The privacy policy explains how that information is handled.

You choose whether to proceed with a renovator and enter a separate agreement with that business.

The renovator assesses the site, specifies and prices the work, manages the agreed delivery and provides the applicable documents and warranties.

Confirm the business name, licence scope, insurance, written inclusions, timing and payment terms before signing.

The Service NSW licence register provides a way to check recorded licence details.

Cost ranges, timeline allocations and sample prices are illustrative planning assumptions that need a site-specific quote.

The resale calculator compares the assumptions you enter and doesn't predict a sale price or investment return.

Layout tools and checklists help prepare questions; qualified practitioners assess design suitability, compliance and the completed work.

NDIS funding decisions sit with the NDIA, using its criteria and the evidence for the person's circumstances.

Design illustrations show possible styles and aren't records of completed customer projects.
