The enquiry form requires your first name, email and phone number so I can handle your request.
Your surname, suburb, budget, project type and project details are optional.
Please share practical project information and keep medical records, participant numbers and clinical reports with the relevant professionals.
How I use an enquiry
I use the contact and project information you provide to review your request, identify a suitable local renovator, pass on the enquiry and follow up where needed.
Submitting a renovation enquiry gives permission for me and the business receiving that referral to contact you about the project.
A privacy request made through the contact form is handled as a privacy request.
Who handles the information
I share the relevant enquiry details with the local business receiving the referral.
That business may pay a referral fee; the homeowner referral service is free.
Hosting and email providers, including Vercel and Resend, process information needed to run the website and deliver enquiries.
Information may also be held in the business records I use to manage referrals and follow-up.
These providers may process data outside Australia under their own privacy and security arrangements.
Website usage and spam checks
Google Analytics records website usage, including page visits, tool interactions and confirmed enquiry events.
The enquiry code doesn't send your name, email, phone number or message text as analytics event fields.
Analytics may use cookies and related identifiers; your browser settings can manage cookies.
The website checks submission timing, a browser-generated token, IP activity, an off-screen field and content patterns to help filter spam.
Calculator and checklist answers remain in the browser unless you choose to submit information in an enquiry.
Keeping and protecting records
I keep enquiry records for handling the request, managing the referral, following up and meeting any record-keeping obligations that apply.
The website uses HTTPS for submissions, with access to enquiry records limited to the people and providers involved in handling them.
You can contact me to ask about access, correction or deletion of information, subject to any requirements to retain it.
